Medieval Quillion Dagger & Sheath - Museum Quality
A beautiful, and historically accurate, hand forged dagger made from EN45 spring steel.
Produced by one of the UKs leading weaponry designers and forgers. This item is museum quality with a sharpened edge, so is suitable for use, or for historical display.
The dagger's prime role as a weapon of self-defence continued into the high middle ages, although some new variants evolved such as the likes of this quillion dagger. Quillion, describes the crossguard on the hilt of the dagger which provided protection for the users hands.
