Makarov Replica A replica of the notorious Soviet close range executioner's pistol. Does not fire anything, but can be cocked and dry-fired. The magazine is removable. The real Makarov is apparently a really fine firearm, it has been manufactured since the late 40's and is still used by Russian soldiers to this day! Still, most officers issued with one tend to say it's good for nothing but shooting oneself, though it should work equally well on shackled prisoners. The Makarov has mostly been a status symbol to those lucky soldiers able to get their filthy paws on one. We can't guarantee that this replica enhances your status like the real deal, but it's worth a try! The gun can be cocked, dry-fired and the magazine comes out. Made of cast metal with plastic grips. Denix replicas are excellent as movie props, in theatrical use and re-enactment. Although a close inspection immediately gives them away as replicas, from a few meters away they look pretty convincing.
