This French Napoleonic Carbine Flintlock Rifle Replica, is based on the rifle that saw service in the French army from the early 1800s. The rifle was used in action on the European battlefields of the Napoleonic wars.

It was utilised extremely effectively by the disciplined French infantry. The soldiers who used it were expertly highly trained in its use both as a firearm and, with the bayonet fitted, as a thrusting weapon at close quarters.
