BIZEN- TO-KEN KATANA Traditional Japanese Samurai Longsword. This handforged, 75cm. blade is painstakingly manufactured in the Bizen 1288-1370 period of Japanese master swordsmithing Chogi Nagayoshi was one of the immortal Masammume twelve brilliant disciples and here in this blade and fittings Battle Orders attempt to emulate his craftsmanship - folded and hand beaten with its' distinctive Sori (curve), tempered Yakiba (hardened edge) and Hi (groove), this remarkable blade rests in a sturdy wooden shaped case and comes fully fitted with a lacquered black scabbard, Samurai figure embossed Tsuba sword guard, cord bound hilt over sharkskin and Mekuki ornaments. A full Sword Cleaning Kit carrying bag and authentication scroll, colour booklet also accompanies this sword.
