Q. What is the difference between stage, display , re-enactment and combat ready swords??

A. Display and stage swords are designed to look the part, either on a wall or display stand or used by actors on stage and screen where no blade to blade contact is needed. Battle Re-enactment quality blades are used by historical societies and groups where some blade to blade contact takes place but under strict regulations and without actual full combat force.we strongly advise they are only used under supervision by approved and authorised societies and groups. AGINCOURT BATTLE SWORD (Reference #3521v)

A new European made Re-enactment sword of superb quality with its blunted double edge blade and rounded safety tip. Robust cord bound hilt, straight through tang and hexagonal pommel. The blade has a double fuller, the sword is 94cms overall and comes with a cloth blade cover plus a double thickness stitched black leather scabbard with belt loop. A much thought about and now manufactured for the re-enactors market.
